Indomitable Spirit

Guys I have a problem with An Indomitable Spirit quest - I just check my chellenges in Harbinger league and see the An Indomitable Spirit is uncomplited.. ? I don't have Tasuni spirit in Mines 2 - and can't speak with Tasuni for reward. Im trying create few new instance Mines 2 but notting happen. Don't have any idea fow to fix this.. Please help : )
