Looking for info about pack

Hello. I want to know ,if i buy for example the harbinger pack at 60 $ , can i later buy the legion pack by just paying the difference (so 40 $) ?

pretty much, the only other way to get discounts on packs if via points purchased.

You could email GGG though, i don't think they would allow the discount but they may be able to do something else (like make a payment plan if you purchased a lower tier FoO pack) which can run past the end date.
