Remove the 1000 Rampage counter limit

I don't see the point in capping this number. Seeing it go up is fun! Seeing it sit at 1000 is boring.
Obviously there cant be infinite escalating rampage bonuses, but the counter should keep climbing. Last bumped on Sep 25, 2017, 7:51:06 PM
