Second Curse Question

Hi. I'm trying out a Temporal Chains crit build and need some info about utilizing a second curse. The build calls for a 1+ curse amulet, and Blasphemy + Enfeeble to create an aura for the the second curse. That much I understand.
Since I don't have a 1+ amulet, I want to know if the setup: Curse On Hit + Herald of Thunder (or Herald of Ice) + Enfeeble will allow me to use a second curse, albeit not as an aura.
I'm also wondering if Curse On Hit + Arc (or Ball Lightning) + Enfeeble would be a better or worse option. Thanks in advance.

You have to be able to have another xurse on enemies to have two curses on enemies. There are other options besides a corrupted amulet. Some unique items have +1 curse as well as a passive node and an ascendency.
