Glacial Hammer HoI build, looking for opinions and tips

So, after few hundreds hours I decided to make my own build. I made build around conception of 1-hitting waves with splash+hoi shatter and changing this core conception it does not come into play. Im already leveling this build and it feels pretty decent but before I will level it to 90lvl I want to be sure that I will not make any huge mistake that will cost me dozens of Orbs of Regret and hundreds of Chaos orbs for EQ. I am mostly concerned about defence of this build.

you need way more life then 4.5k on lvl 90 evasion based close range character. I can see tons of increased damage modifiers so you will have to sacrifice some of them for more life.

So I have made few changes, and main problem is that I have secured already every max life node.
Also, previous build/calc was for 100lvl, this is 90lvl build.
