Ring affixes?

Sorry, is the wiki page here
accurate? I got this ring and I don't see how it got the +1 to gems modifier. Either I can't read that damn wiki page right or this item is odd or I am missing the obvious. Hopefully the latter and you can kindly point me in the right direction. Thanks. You are using an unset ring, which is the only type of ring that has a socket and access to the prefix "+1 to level of socketed gems". So it does not have the same possible affixes as other rings.
The wiki has a page for rings in general and one for unset rings. You are looking at the one for rings in general.
