Not Recieving Unlock Code

Hello. Last night I was playing and today when I try to log on it says I need the unlock code from my email. I am not receiving any email for it and I tried resending it a few times. Not in spam or inbox. Did a search and only have my "Accout has been created" email when I first started. Any ideas how to get the unlock code email or how long I have to wait for it? Been over an hour since I first tried to log on.

I would wait a bit. Maybe the mail servers are just very busy. If you are not getting any mails in the next few hours, you can try contacting support (link at the top of the screen).

Same problem, original login (from my friends computer) was ~2 hours ago and still no email.

try browsing your spam folder..you might see it there. :)

I've played today at work and I received an unlock email.
Just started the game at home and I don't receive anything. There's nothing in my spam folder and I've waited 1h to relog again and still nothing in my inbox. I've also clicked the "resend email" about 10 times and still nothing. |
