Heavy Framedrops with my AMD Radeon HD 7950 (VTX)

Hey guys,
I heard many ppl have problems with framedrops in several areas of PoE. (for example Docks) My graphic card or my PC setup cannot be the reason i think... ALL games i play atm run smoothly on highest settings! as what i have seen & heard this problem only occurs on ATI graphic cards. I run an ati card as well, play all games smoothly, but poe go from 230 fps to 18 in random dumps all the time. But i finally quit the game for some reasons. hope you work it out bro.

Things with "increased" and "decreased" in the tooltip are additive ... where as "More" or "Less" are multiplicative ...

i heard about turning off tessellation maybe helps but to be honest, i couldnt find any option how to turn it off in my cataclysm driver software.. any ideas? IGN: Grombakh

They're AMD cards, ATI doesn't exist anymore :p
