3.0 Build Complete Build Guide Frozen Vortex Raider

Hey all so this is going to be my first shot at a complete guide for one of my builds instead of just a build theory now i will be leaving a link to the full video below that covers everything you could ever wanna know about the build but i will also leave basic rundown here for you all so i hope you enjoy and feel free to leave me all your thoughts and comments both here and on my channel as well.

Basic Description:
A blade vortex build which utilizes specific unique items as well as the winter spirit passive node to transform the damage of blade vortex completely to cold damage. While also making use of a large amount of evasion, as well as phasing and onslaught buffs from the raider ascendancy tree.

Pros:
Cost: all the gear in this build is cheap and easy to afford so putting it together is not demanding on anyone with a budget however i will say that the only item that is costly is the "taste of hate" flask however the build is fully operational without it.
Clear speed: because of the extended duration of blade vortex in this build you can spend far less time casting and more time clearing and before you know it you will be clearing content like a breeze
Resistances and Defense: This build features overcapped cold res at almost all phases of the game as well as complete immunity to getting frozen it also includes 190% increased health though if you are willing to drop damage you are free to grab more in several areas without having to go far off the build course.

Cons:
Early Game: Before you actually clear gain access to your first couple of unique items the build is pretty low on damage its not large issue but around level 32 is when the build really takes off.

Flask: The Taste of hate is a really strong boost to damage in this build setup as well as longevity however it is also more costly than every other portion of the build combined if you have the currency for it i would be hard pressed to tell you not to get it but if you dont the build is completely fine without it.

Evasion based build: For me personally i do not mind an evasion based build however if you are my play preference is not the same as everyone else so i understand if this make you hesitant to use my build.
