PoE wont run Past login Screen

First I will start with my system specs:

Dell Dimension E521
Bios: Phoenix v6.00
Vista Home Premium 32 Bit
AMD Anthlon(tm) 64x2 Dual Core 3800+
3326 MB RAM
Direct X10
GRAPHICS CARD- ATI RADEON HD 4600 Series
Res: 1680x1050 (32 bit)

So i can open PoE and get to the log in screen, the rain and music play fine. I enter the Options Menu but every time i try to change the resolution, or change the Shadow type, Anti Aliasing, or just Try to even Log in i get Client.exe has stopped working.

First thought was the graphics card, i updated it but still nothing.

(PS: i can go in and out of full screen just fine, cant change resolution though)

Any help would be great, am i missing something? it seems compatible...
