Extra t10 shaper's orb

I have a characted on Standard (ign is AndrewKiller). It has all atlas' maps opened and all shaped orbs used (121/121). If I apply this orb to a map I get server error and immediate disconnection.

Howerer I just ran Vinktar square and it gave me Shaper's Orb tier 10 ( that's including the fact I already have 3 t15 shaped maps)

Note:
After 3.0 expansion this is my first Shaper's Orb map. I guess if I run all remaining I would drop an orb as well. Besides the orb game also shows a title that I complete the map, like if it wasn't completed before)
