Is this item worth master crafting on?

It's a perfect rolled gripped gloves with T1 life and T2 hybrid eva/life roll. (Can divine up to 112 life). I was thinking of adding:

Crafting procedure 1:

* Suffix - Multi mod - 2 ex
* Suffix - 12% increased attack speed - 3c
* Suffix - Resistance of choice - 2 alch
* Prefix - 68% increased evasion for 10 transmutations or yolo exalt for high
#phys/#fire/%eva/#eva/leech


Crafting procedure 2:
* Suffix - Prefixes cannot be changed
* Exalt for two good suffixes (T1-3 resist/T1-3 Dex/ T1-2 attack speed)
* Annulment orb if failing (to reset suffixes) (can it reset the crafted mod?)
* Remove crafted mods
* Craft last suffix/prefix
