Tighter arrow spread support gem?

I think this would be a great addition to the game. It would make other support gems like greater multiple projectiles and barrage quite a bit more effective in some cases.
It could start at 30% tighter arrow spread and like 5% more projectile damage and gain 2% tighter arrow spread with each level.
Feel free to tell me if this is too powerful or weak since i only have 100+ hours of PoE.

Except for AoE there is no "shotgunning" (there was a lot earlier). But Barrage would benefit from it since all projectiles actually can hit the same target but people already claim it's to strong.

By the way you already can influence how far they spread. The farther away you mousecursor from your character is the tighter the projectiles.
