I was want to know how you can get one of these i know that you can get it the polymath cards but i was want to know if you can craft one or if there is somewhere to farm it?

You can't get it with The Polymath, that's for Astramentis, which is an amulet. There doesn't seem to be a way to farm it. Masters have a small chance for selling it, but that's all.
It's not an uncommon item, though, I dropped several of them last league. |
