Kaoms Roots - Immune to freeze?

Ok so what I've read on the wiki, it is supposed to work the same as the Jugg passive, and make me immune to freeze?
It's not working though... I've just tested it on a strongbox a few times, and I'm definitely getting frozen. Maybe a strongbox works differently and the boots don't work on them? I don't know.... Thanks! Last bumped on Aug 18, 2017, 6:34:20 PM

Are you possibly using an old one without the "can't be slowed" mod?

Also worth noting: you do get Frozen, but it should have no effect.

They are definitely not old ones (on Harbinger league)... I got frozen upon opening the Strongbox and couldn't move.
Possibly just a bug with strongboxes? I'm not sure.... harder to test while just fighting |

Ok I found another strongbox and this time it did freeze me but I could still move. Maybe I was just wrong before. My bad if so...
Maybe I was just surrounded by a ton of monsters and couldnt move.... derp? |
