[Feature Request] Regular expression exclude filter for chat

Come on GGG, you guys could lead the field in chat technology!

Let us create a chain of regular expressions for excluding chat. We could customize our chat experience, and potentially improve the chat for others as we share our best filters.

I can envision an option box in the chat settings that would allow for something like three chained filters. There would be a simple validation to ensure that no bad expressions could be entered. Depending on how the chat is hooked into the client this could be something that would run completely on the client side and thus wouldn't have a possibility for negative consequences on the chat servers.

So, how does that sound?
