"Notify Me" functionality does not bump PM for subsequent posts

Hi,

If you create a thread on the forum there is a Notify Me option to receive a PM whenever someone posts in it. If you read this PM and another person posts in the thread, instead of sending another PM the forum marks the original PM as not read. Not only does it fail to send a new PM, but it doesn't even move the existing PM to page one. That's despite its date being updated (weird!).

I don't particularly care if the forum starts sending multiple PMs or just moves existing PMs to page one. Please don't send me rooting through more than a dozen pages to find the "new" one.
