Divine orb VS implicit mode on legacy item

Can please anyone tell for sure, preferebly with links, will divine orb reroll implicit mode on a legacy item? Or will it chnge just explicit modes?
I have a legacy unique shield with +12 all res implicit, which is +8 on new items. I want to reroll only explicit modes, will that work? Last bumped on Aug 16, 2017, 6:46:06 AM

As the Divine Orb description clearly states, it only touches explicit mods.
