I can't get the Sign of Purity to access The Cathedral Rooftop on my old account. (Lvl 91) Therefore i cannot complete part 1.

Why can you not get the sign of purity?

It is intended for that quest to be "failed".
BY THE LORE. TL;DR
SPOILERS AHEAD
You "weren't able" to kill Kitava (although it was actually scripted that way) and Sin "saved" you from the killing blow.
And that's why we have "Part 2" and a "second chance" to kill Kitava at Act 10 "while having God's powers" You can create new character and run "new content" if you want to see all of that. If you don't like it - send letters with all the rude words to GGG. Remember, suffering is convenient. That is why many people prefer it. Happiness requires effort. " Probably nothing, since he's on a level 91 character in Standard, so Kitava in act 5 is likely already done, etc. U MAD?
