Deal with the bandits perks reset is bugged

Step 1: In 2.6 I had:
a. +40 HP from Oak Normal b. +1 skill point from Eramir Cruel. Note that in 2.6 I reset the Cruel perk reward from +16% phys damage from Oak Cruel using the book recipe involving 20 regrets and an amulet item. c. +1 power charge from Alira Merciless Step 2: In 3.0 I approached Eramir (note I had no free passives then) and he gave me no perk reset options, that is, no book to choose, this option isn't present in the dialogue. However, the bandits quest is pending: I can come to talk with Oak to help him or kill him and I can talk with Alira and Kraityn (they attack immediately). The quest messages say: get the amulet from Alira, get the amulet from Kraityn. The quest cannot be completed because they drop no amulets. I mean, I'm all for reporting bugs, and my characters are also affected by this, but...

Love the games. PoE1 way more so than PoE2, but still enjoying both.
Hate the company. The scummy, lying, fake and shitty facade, the excuses, the failures, and most of all, the "Vision". Keep both of those in mind when reading my posts. |

I had around 10 new players lined up to try this....., I already forwarned them about the servers at release, so they waited, now I just told them to wait another year. Then on top of that, there was a MAJOR streamer at launch caught up in the server mess, you should have seen his viewers drop around 10k in the space of about 5 minutes. He had about 35k viewers at realm open time..., all the mess, he dropped to 22k. Trust me, there were a few streamers caught up in the mess, that make Ziz, ZiggyD, Nugi, Mathil,and Pohx combined just a speck in the ocean....... My character has a quest "The bandit Lord Kraityn" an I cannot complete this...
When I click quest on world UI, it highlights "The Wetlands" and "The Western Forest" When I go to those areas, I find bandits, and I talk to them and without giving any option, they attack me... I kill them and they dont drop anything... so I cannot get any ring/amulet and cannot complete the quest... I logged out and logged in many times, killed them 3-5 times, but its not working... anyone knows what to do here? |

and now another issue regarding forum post...

ok, I solved my issue...
The Bandit Lord Kraityn I went to Broken bridge and Kraityn was waiting there with ! on top... I killed and quest is completed... BUT NO REWARD, NO 2 SKILL POINTS!!! grrrrrrrr............. |
