Custom portal position

Hi.

Well duh, of course I want it, since like 2015.

Yeah, sure.
I want portal to be in a big area (coastal h/o), to fulfill my "Ascention" theme :( It's not cool if people appear in the middle of the path | |

That and skins for the portal. Clipping decorations through the portal to try and make it look unique most of the time comes out janky as hell.
