[bug or not?] Rain of arrows - shooting over walls

When i use that skill in area like lower or upper prison (any which have "ceiling") i can hit monster over the wall. Skill just working - but should not IMHO.

I'm not finding this with most walls, but there may be some with exceptions - If you can /debug and take a screenshot with F8, and mail it to me, I'll be able to test the wall!
