Problem Unlocking Crystal Ore In Atlas

Me and another player have tried in vain to unlock Crystal Ore Map on the atlas, despite running a rare map, the maps bonus objective has not unlocked for us.

That's because you only killed one of the bosses. Keep looking for the other boss room.
