If you want to log in to a Steam-linked account, make sure you use "Sign in through STEAM" here: https://www.pathofexile.com/login

If you'd like to add an email address to a Steam-only account, please contact us at support@grindinggear.com and remember to let us know your account name, plus a character name or two. We'll then be able to take you through the next steps.
