game not loading act1 town (stays on loading screen)

Hi there,

[ISSUE]
I cant load HC League game. Possibly corrupted saves(HC shared stash?) on server side (or something).

This bug is currently affecting all my chars in HC league (both new ones that try to access town via hillock intro and those that are in act1 town).

[HOW IT HAPPENED]
-all worked well.
-had 1 templar HC league character in act1 town.
-created new HC league character (duelist) to get phasewalk skill for 1st character.
-Arrived with duelist to town, all ok.
-Completed 1st quest (kill hillock), got reward.
-Friend joined, we made party, and he TPd to "get medkit" quest destination area (for phasewalk reward).
-friend created TP to town.
-i went through TP.
-friend killed boss, medkit dropped.
-friend left/disconnected.
-i picked up medkit.
-i had no TP so i did EXIT TO MAIN MENU.
-i doubleclicked to load duelist character, but game did not load - game just hangs on "loading" screen.
-i tried loading templar character, but game did not load - game just hangs on "loading" screen.
-i created new character, killed hillock, went to town act1, but game did not load - game just hangs on "loading" screen.

Cant access town act1. Only thing that connects all chars is some server save data (i guess), HC shared stash data?

I use same account that i type this message with. Is it possible to check the server data/fix it or even purge it if needed, so i can create new HC characters and play HC league?
