Cant remove skill effect mtx

Have some skill effects on old characters in standard that cant be removed, its like Its the default look of the skill.
I can sell and destroy these skills with the mtx on them.
For me it is the Ghost Flame srs mtx and the bubble discipline mtx. Have'nt check any other yet.

The effect was on the skills before patch.

found solution thanks to viperesque:

You currently have to reclaim skill mtx by opening your inventory, going to the cosmetics tab in the top right, and clicking on the skill gem at the bottom. Did you do this? It wouldn't surprise me if skill gems don't show the effect text on them anymore.
