How to get Varunastra in 3.0?

I see one on poe.trade for the beta but I don't understand how the guy was able to get the item.

Divination cards. The Formless Sea gives it, and several other cards have a chance to.
Also, in 3.0 Zana mods will be back to normal and will probably include Perandus. Have you done something awesome with [url=http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Sire_of_Shards]Sire of Shards[/url]? PM me and tell me all about it!
