Increased Leech And Energy Shield

Hello folks.

This question could be a tad complicated, as I don't see many, or at all, people trying a funky combination with Life leech and ES other than vaal pact. So here it goes.

The question here is: If I acquired increased life leech rate or increased x% rate for life leech from the tree, does this apply to energy shield leech after ghost reaver?

My thought here is the increased life leech rate only applies based on your life, and then applies it to energy shield. Some clarification would be nice on this aspect.

I'm fairly certain it won't benefit from the modifier, as it is increased life leech rate, not increased energy shield leech rate.

What does benefit energy shield leech is increased recovery of energy shield

It should work just fine, Ghost Reaver changes the base of your leech mechanic to your max ES amount, then those stats act on that base. Slayer's Endless Hunger doesn't work though as the "on Full Life" condition is not converted.
