spamming lightning warp results in a client crash

Hi i noticed when using lightning warp too much it crashes my POE client, returning to desktop with the default windows 7 error saying program not responding, so i tried again and it crashed again, i died and lost exp.

So i haven't used the skill since, it crashes after the animation completes. I had an extra lightning damage support gem socketed with it.
