Scion variation of ItsYoji's flameblast elementalist theorycraft

I am not the best at builds, but I think I have come up a solid scion version of ItsYoji's elementalist flameblast build. Link here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gYQxRIb1OLE for those who haven't seen it.

I plan on using this skill tree for 3.0: https://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAABAABAADBA3UEBwSzCGcI9AnZDc0OXBBYEGIVuBZvGDwYVho4GmwczhzcHwIgWSSqJy8qOCqNK1AsnC2oMjQ2xTbYNuk6WDrYPAU8LT0PPV9Bh0V-RZ1G10kbS1dMs1JTU1JVxlZIWfNewF8EX7Bj_WZUaPJqQ2r6bRlvnnGFcg934nrmfEt8u4KbgwmDX4PMg9uEU4TFhXuHZYhaiFuPGpBVkzqWMpZ0l5WX9Jo7muCbtZ1jna6f36IApwismK-nr7ewC7FCsZC3PrfWvOq9J76AwFTAZsDjwzrE9sauyFvKRspK0B_Vptgk2L3audtZ4q3jauQi6-7sOOxV7TzvfO_r7_3wH_Fs8bPy0vno_gr-VA==

The rest scion life wheel can be used instead of getting heart of flame for hardcore, but I don't plan on doing hardcore, so I plan on using heart of flame.

The two major differences are the ascendancy and vaal pact, feel free to tell me if you disagree with grabbing vaal pact on the skill tree, but it's a lot easier to obtain as scion and I felt it would overall be worth it over life regen.

For the ascendancy, I went with elementalist. As long as I can maintain fast clear speed, unlike the witch elementalist, I can have shock, chill, and ignite on at almost all times, so it could easily be as good if not better than witch elementalist. Combine that with the extra passive points I get from scion and berserker, I think it would be marginally better than ItsYoji's version.

I would appreciate constructive criticism a lot, because I want my first build in 3.0 to be as strong as I can make it.
