Poorjoy's Asylum - No atlas completion, no shaper's orb

Hello,

I have finished Poorjoy's Asylum twice now (once last week on an invite on global 820, once just now as a Zana daily), and I haven't received the atlas completion, nor did the boss drop a Shaper's orb.

Any advice on what I'm doing wrong?

Zana maps don't count and legacy maps don't give completion/shaper's orbs because they are a different tier than current versions.
