How to complete shaper realm

Hello everyone,

I have, perhaps, a weird question, but how do you receive shaper realm completion on atlas? Just by killing shaper? I am asking this because I have killed shaper, and my game instance crashed right after (did not even see the loot). I received the challenge completion, but did not complete atlas. Is there something else I was supposed to do after shaper death?

The overall fight was very problematic for me, it kept instance crashing at phase 3 (happened 4 times in a row), so I am not very keen on doing this again just to find out. Shaper sets are not exactly free.
