Honestly, removing Vaal Pact from ES should be enough (or removing that stupid point altogether). Beta will show how it works, tho. Imo it won't work, since now ES will only have regen/recharge. With bigger pool it might be ok, since you have a good buffer to run around. Without, not so much. Recharge is out of the question outside of Occultist, because most fights nowadays are clusterfuck-fests with millions of small bullets flying around and ant-sized arenas where you never have any breathing room. So, basically, all ES (CI) build will have to become regen based... RF only? :D But then again, with smaller pool, the damage won't be as good.
