Marauder Juggernaut EQ+ancestral

So i found a built and so far its very good for me...but i have some questions cause im new...it seems every built needs its weapons and armors where can i find the belly of the beast or the blood reaper axe...? and until i get to 65 to open the maps should i farm the bosses on cruel and mercilles? im a little bit confused any help is appreciated :/
