Harassment even after being told nicely multiple times to leave.

This "new player" offers to buy my 5C ring, i send party invite, he joins, takes a couple minutes to get to my HO (which idc about), finally gets here, we open a trade, this guy says "i'm new and poor help me out i only have 3c", I say idc and ill do the trade anyways (its only 5c and I don't really care about it) i send trade invite, guy declines, send again, he declines, basically going to give the ring for free cos at this point it's a waste of time and I'm over it, declines again... I leave party and leave my HO to go back to leveling, I tell him it's a waste of time at this point. I do ALL of act 1 (basically 20-30 minutes) go back to my hideout cos im about to go do laundry so i was gonna /afk. Guess who's STILL waiting in my hideout... the guy from earlier, i ask why he's still there (doesn't respond) I ask nicely for him to leave my HO, says "im poor just do it, im new help a lady out" (i personally don't care if you're new or a vet of the game, male or female, or anything for that matter, I wan't the person gone from my HO cos of the harassment), refuses to leave, tell them I made a ticket for harassment and ask again nicely to leave my HO, refuses again. Tell them I will make a forum post and ask nicely AGAIN but refuses once more. Please get this person out of my HO DEVS and also maybe do something with that player in general...
