UI Clicking problem

Since last patch I got this weird problem, every clicking thing in the game can't be clicked if I directly aim in the middle of it, I need to carfully place my cursor on the top near the edge for it to be clickable

It looks like there are other people who've reported this same issue in the past. They're old reports, so it looks like an uncommon problem. Example: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1782126.

1.) GGG mentioned to try DX9 instead of DX11 to see if that helps.

2.) If you're running window mode, try full screen mode. And vice versa, if full screen try window mode. One user reported this solved the issue. Also, from my experience, if you have Windows taskbar docked at the top of the screen, this could be a contributing factor that would affect windowed mode.

3.) Please perform a pack check on your client since this happened right after an update. Guide: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/18531.

4.) If nothing helps, I'd file bug report about it (create a new thread on the Bug Reports forums).
