New bow skill suggestion - a channeling rework for Rain of Arrows.

RoA as-is is a very basic skill - you pick a spot on the screen, you fire a shot, and after a short delay you deal one time damage in an aoe around that spot.

Blast rain took it further - it works a similar way, but you hit the area with several hits similar to firestorm.

What I propose is to make a skill that works like these, but it's also a channeled skill like flameblast/blade flurry:
1) you pick a point on the screen and start channeling.
2) as you channel, the area around the chosen spot gets hit with volleys of aoe damage (think bladefall, or if blast rain was channeled).
3) the longer you channel, the more damage it deals per volley, and the larger aoe is (think flameblast).
4) there is a limited number of stages limiting maximum damage per volley and aoe (think blade flurry).
5) as soon as you release channeling, the skill deals one final volley of damage (probably scaled with number of stages reached, similar to flurry).
6) as a bonus, the skill could "steal" the feature of vaal rain of arrows - the final volley also pins the surviving enemies in place, with duration scaling from the umber of channeling stages reached.

Pros of the skill:
-you get to pick the intensity of the skill, in terms of damage and aoe.
-it should deal significant damage if you can channel it to max stacks.

Cons of the skill:
-you have to stand in one place, so you might take more damage.
-you will have to be uninterrupted for some time to channel it for high damage.

Accordingly, vaal RoA coul be then reworked to act as a "remote firestorm" in a way - you pick a location, and that location gets hit with several volleys of high damage, that always hit and also pin enemies so that they can't escape the area of effect. The skill would have a set duration with each volley happening rvery .x seconds. Said aoe of this vaal skill would increase as the time goes.
