Having trouble installing Path Of Exile

Ive been trying for a couple of days to install PoE.Whenever the installer is almost done doing its thing and i get an error 'unable to view mapviewoffile in mapchunk error code 8' and a random size number.Please help im so sick of this error.Before,when i first installed it,it worked perfectly.
