Bandits and Blood Magic

Heya people. I`m just about to finalize my build but I need to choose between getting Blood Magic on the skill tree or getting the 40hp from Oak. If I do get the 40hp from Oak, I would have to get Blood Magic from a gem. Should I get the 40hp or get Blood Magic from the skill tree?

What build do you have that requires blood magic as the 120th node?
I would say get the HP from Oak, drop 1 dps node from somewhere on your passive tree, and then take blood magic instead. Thats the second time you ask the exact same question and like it has been said in the last thread already it doesn't really make sense in any way.
It's not like getting the 40 extra hp would hinder you getting Blood Magic in any way. |

You are correct in that it does not hinder my skill tree. But it hinders one single slot of my equipment because if I choose to help Oak, I would have to get Blood Magic through gems in my equipment. I optimized my build so that if I dropped a single point from any other places, it would greatly weaken my build. The only options I have are
1. Help Oak and get Blood Magic on my equipment 2. Kill all bandits and get Blood Magic on my skill tree 3. Drop Blood Drinker and Help Oak and get Blood Magic on my skill tree Thanks for replying |

the hp from oak is a waste.
if you node a life % you will typically get more from that than oaks bonus. As for blood magic, most of the build i have with maurader and templar are in need of at least one BM gem. ign SeaSaint or DadSaint

" If you really, really need every other single node, then do option 3. The +40 base life from Oak is huge if you spec a whole bunch of life % nodes, and if you're going to go blood magic for all your skills and not run too many auras, the node is a lot better than using up 3-4 slots on blood magic gems. If you're stacking a whole bunch of auras, use the gems, but I'd still suggest getting the HP from Oak and respeccing a little. If you post your build, it'd be a lot easier to help.
