Scold's Briddle spell damage bugged?

I have 7200 Arc tooltip with my 68% spell damage shield and The Gull mask equiped.
When I put 96% Scold's Briddle, damage goes up to 7480 ONLY. If I remove my shield, damage drops to 5800dps, which seams normal. What is going on with Scold's Briddle damage? Alt Art items as League MTX - When? Last bumped on Mar 27, 2017, 7:34:58 PM

The REDUCED CAST SPEED on Scold's Bridle would impact your tooltip dps.

Oh, I am Mjolner so that doesn't affect me, but yes it can affect tooltip. Good catch, thanks.
