Do minion gem quality buffs apply to all minions?

Hey everyone, quick question. So I was wondering on minion gems that give say +1% increased minion movement speed per quality level. Is this applied to all your minions or only the minions summoned by the specified gem?

It's a modifier to that specific Skill, naturally.
