First Snow Gem

I couldn't find a lot of information, maybe it's my bad searching-skills ..

I'm looking for the a first snow cobalt gem. Is it just a random drop or can it be found in a specific location?

I just got this first snow gem from a quest in act 5. I'm pretty sure it was from Lani but it could have been Bannon. They both just gave me a unique gem each. The quest may have been an optional quest too. Lot better to get it for sure from quest rather hoping for rng. Hope this helps.

Its Lani's quest* that gives you one of the trigger jewels. Bannons reward are the jewels from the old merciless act 2 crypt quest.

*) and I think its not an optional one, because the reward is already offered on 'old' chars with gifted progress (AFAIR).
