Jorrhast's Blacksteel

Hey guys,

got a little question about this weapon.

The last stat says, that u got an 25% chance to animate an weapon on kill.

does it count for every weapon, even with 6L or rare/unique?

would be a bit crazy to kill uber Atziri and she drop an Atziri's Disfavour and Jorrhast snack the weapon and animate it....

Someone know more about or did some testings?
