How come no change to surgebinder gloves?

They had their reduced charge duration dropped.

ya i personally don't like the steal mechanic at all, i think its pretty useless. should be changed to chance to gain on kill. on the gloves maybe 5-10% chance (it can roll) and with the claw passive maybe 12 or 15% chance (since you can get any random charge)

Nah, the steal mechanic is great. Pity that you can only use Claws of the Magpie with, well, claws or Varunastra. Well, I for one like experimenting with the mechanic.
