First this stats are capped also when u get hit I expect that Dmg first gose through Evade then Block armor So if u have 40 % evade 60% Block this doesn't mean that you have 100% Black evate so HIT gose Through evate not evaded gose to Block not bloked because u have 60 % it gose to Armor and get reduction then it hit you Hp pool AM I RIGTH? |
