Account has been locked...info inside.

Attempted to log into my account today to an "account has been locked, please enter validation code" message. When my friend lost his currency the other day, I immediately changed my password and have scanned my pc with both malwarebytes and the fully updated MSE that I've been running.

The only PoE related websites I have visited are the poe xyz website for searching for trade topics. The attempted log in took place from "Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China". Thankfully, the security measure in place protected all of my characters and items...but I'm worried. I used a completely unique password that I made up just for this account, and my email hasn't been compromised that I can tell or they surely would have unlocked my account.

Other than the obvious steps of changing my password...yet again...is there anything that I should do in the future to prevent the loss of my password? I have it set to saved on my poe client and on the website. Please advise.
