Zombies only Hulk-Smashing build ?
So yeah.
As you may know, with the 2.6 update comes a MASSIVE Mon'tregul's grasp buff (Increased zombies damage becomes MORE zombie damage and +2000 zombies hp becomes +5000 zombies hp in case you were wondering) and "Violent Dead", a threshold jewel for zombies That "increases zombies slam attack cooldown recovery by 50%" and increases said attack's damage. I might be under the influence of my hours of play as d3's witch doctor but i REALLY want to see a build with three or four huge, immortal zombies destroying whole packs with their slams. Do you guys think this could work out ? I'd like some theory craft talk there because i want to do this for the new league but i have no idea how a summonner build is made. Thanks, cya. I've been looking for a build as well. It is hard to find a consensus on the best gem set up for 6L with zombies.
Maybe raise zombie-multistrike-inc physical damage-minion damage-faster attacks/minion speed?-empower/added fire damage/culling strike? Would added fire damage be higher dps if you are running elemental equilibrium/hatred? Last edited by Beverast#6297 on Mar 2, 2017, 11:28:31 PM

Well i don't know how exactly how the normal and slam attacks work but you probably should get melee splash in that 6l (it gets a big buff too btw). Poison support could be fun, or maybe some bleeding spectres with bloodlust support on the zombies... Although we won't find a zombie only build because it's dumb. Not having some spectres that won't die anyways and a skeleton totem would be quite a waste imo.
As for the 6l, as an unexperienced summoner build i'd say a standard 6l would be multistrike-melee splash-melee phys-minion damage-poison/faster attacks (or minion speed if they're too slow) or actually any of those you posted. Do you know exactly how the slam attack work ? |

There kinda already is a thread discussing this.
