Suggestion, remove scrolls from inv and set near flasks

Hello,
was thinking about how neat it would be if we didn't have to hit inventory to get to our scrolls. If they were in a section near the flasks by exp bar then we would have a much smoother experience. Less macro or alt f4 from panic, newer players fumble less, etc. Identifying items on the ground without the need to pick them up or hit I :D
