Cannot see menu/interface if full screen/windowed

As in the title i tried downloading poe from here and via steam, the issue persists, i cannot see the interface at all, when i alt enter a few times interface will pop up in windowed and ill be able to log in, but than ingame when i go full screen all interface, mana pools and stuff just disappears. Please tell me what can be done about that ;/
