50 (tree) + 20 carcass +10 shield +12 helmet +40 gem +10 quality kb = 142 AOE. How did u get up to 198%?

Tree wasn't only 50%. He has area nodes of templar and witch and also another 50% from Ascendancy. And there's Dying sun in the build too.
